This manual is prepared for civil society organisations (CSOs) in Serbia that tend to be involved in policy monitoring and evaluation (M&E) process. The manual relies on a previously published study entitled “Getting Results in Public Policy: Monitoring and Evaluation with Evidence Supplied by the Civil Society” however, it is specifically tailored to offer practical and methodological knowledge to civil society organisations for a quality M&E performance.
