Support to the Implementation of the Employment and Social Reform Programme (ESRP) in Serbia focusing on the Youth Employment and Employability Policies

The main purpose of this analysis was to comprehend the labour market dynamics, current and future, within the construction, education and transport sectors in order to assist the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development (MoESTD) steer the education policy in an evidence based manner.
The project will answer how the graduates of educational profiles of construction, education and transport sectors perform on the labour market that is, what are the characteristics of the employees in this sector, what the needs of the employers currently are, and even more importantly, how future developments will impact this balance between the labour supply and demand in a broad sense.
