USAID – Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) technical assistance services in Serbia

The purpose of this prpoject is to: provide technical assistance to USAID localworks partners to develop their MEL plans, and to assist with initial data collection and their analysis. This technical assistance is intended to help local partners develop more outcome-based indicators, contextual indicators that will enable partners to assess and adapt programming to changes in the context of their programming and methodologically sound data collection and analytical methods.
