Analysis of capacity and organizational structure of participants of social dialogue in Serbia

This project carried out analysis of the state of social dialogue in Serbia and formulated proposals for improvements and concrete actions in order to contribute to significant progress in the field of social dialogue and collective bargaining at all levels. The project was carried out for the use of the Serbian negotiating team in the accession process to the European Union.
