11.12.2017. ANALYSING INCOME INEQUALITY IN SERBIA: FROM DATA TO POLICY.
The study titled “Analyzing Income Inequality in Serbia: From Data to Policy” was presented today in the event Social Dialogue Forum – Income Inequality in Serbia, organized by the Confederation of Autonomous Trade Unions of Serbia and Nezavisnost TUC in partnership with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation.
Inequality in the income distribution, the causes of increased inequality in Serbia and the economic policy factors contributing to it, as well as the measures to reduce inequalities were the topics addressed by the authors of the study, professors of the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade and members of the Foundation for the Advancement of Economics (FREN) – Jelena Žarkovic Rakić, Mihail Arandarenko and Gorana Krstić.
