Support for the Monitoring Activities within YEP and VET

The project consists of providing support for rigorous evaluation of two programs (Young Employment Program and Vocational Education Training Program) implemented by GIZ in Serbia. The overall objective is to conduct an evaluation in order to determine the net effects of the two programs on program participants.
