FREN has become a member of the “Eastern European Social Policy Network” (EESPN)

FREN has become a member of the “Eastern European Social Policy Network” (EESPN) that was established in 2016 by the European Centre for Social Welfare Policy and Research (affiliated to the United Nations) in Vienna.

The European Centre is a UN-affiliated intergovernmental organization concerned with all aspects of social welfare policy and research.The Centre aims to improve social inclusion in Europe by building bridges between stakeholders, sectors, countries, policies, and systems in the field of social welfare. The network of Centre's members, from more than fifty European nations as well as the United States of America, Canada and Israel, offers policy expertise focused on integrated policies and inter-sectoral action in overlapping areas between welfare, health, care, labour, population and social development.
